SHE'S MY EX (1) is having her first run since April 11 but has a very good fresh record, scoring two times including one over 1000m at Seymour at the start of last prep. This looks a great kick off. ZAMPARINI SPIRIT (3) was stepped up in grade after a couple of nice wins last prep and while outclassed there, this looks a much more suitable option first-up. BLONDIE'S AWARD (2) comes here off back-to-back wins and while this is a step up, she's going too well to dismiss. Could take the next step. VOLATILE (12) has raced since June but has won when fresh before. This looks a suitable assignment so keep him safe.
