THE COPS (2) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at this track two starts back then landed the prize by one length as public elect last time out over 1900m at Kilcoy. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish again. GOOD PHILLY (4) finished out of the money two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 7 lengths when seventh over 1600m at Eagle Farm a week ago. Perfectly placed with the 2kg claim and is sure to give this a mighty shake. BOLERO (8) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when 12th, beaten 10 lengths, over 2200m at Eagle Farm. This is much easier and is sure to prove tough to beat from the inside marble. SEERESS (9) improved last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1800m at Mackay. Anticipating another big run.
