HEADWALL (1) outstanding sprinter who hasn't raced since winning this race first up last year, when swamping a good field on September 6. Looks to be back to his brilliant best after the two recent trials and winning rider Zac Lloyd retains the ride. Gets a similar set up today and will take holding out. TEMPTED (4) Multiple Group winning mare undefeated in three first up runs resuming. Won over this trip as a 2yo and is back even stronger by all reports. Was undefeated in three runs last prep and expected to go close. ROSELYN'S STAR (5) deserves his shot at this grade after demolishing inferior opposition in the July Sprint over 1100m at Rosehill. Group 3 winner with a fitness edge over most of these. Should measure up. MARHOONA (2) The Galaxy winner last March, resuming. Yet to win at Randwick in three attempts and finally comes up with a good gate after the two impressive trials. Place best. SIGNOR TORTONI (13) resumes after placing at Group level last prep. One for the exotics.
