Very good sprint. DELAGO LAD (1) won two open class sprints here on end then draw the outside gate in the rich Pioneer Sprint and was safely held behind Dakota Lee. Well back in grade and expected to bounce back. LUSKIN HERO (3) lifted strongly and just failed to reel in Black Zous here last time. Going well and drawn ideally. Can turn the tables. BLACK ZOUS (2) lifted enough to continue the winning form with a gritty win and meets the runner-up no worse at the weight. Should be in the finish again. ZESTIMAN (4) placed behind that pair and is among the chances with the right run. DEMIQUAVER (5) finished fifth in the same race and is next best.
