How do I take a screenshot?
To take a screenshot, follow these steps for your device.
Windows
Press the Windows logo key + ‘Print Screen’.
- This captures the entire screen
- The screenshot saves automatically to: Pictures → Screenshots
macOS
Press ‘Command’ + ‘Shift’ + ‘3’ simultaneously.
- This captures the entire screen
- The screenshot saves to your desktop
Android
Press and hold the ‘Volume Down’ and ‘Power’ buttons at the same time for 1–2 seconds.
- A confirmation animation appears
- Screenshots are saved in the ‘Screenshots’ folder in your Gallery or Photos app

iOS
The steps depend on your device:
- Face ID: Press and release the side button and volume up button at the same time
- Touch ID: Press and release the side button and ‘Home’ button at the same time
