He went close here second-up last preparation and the lightly-raced galloper can take the next step with average luck in the run. KINGSLAND (2) was freshened and missed a whisker at Toowoomba over 1100m before racing favourite again and disappointing at Gatton over longer. This suits better and from a low barrier he deserves another chance. TRISKELION (10) didn't have the best of it at Kilcoy but his form prior reads well. He was narrowly beaten three-back in a 58 at the Gold Coast and can feature with average luck in the run. THIEM (9) got back and was never in the hunt at the Sunshine Coast but his near miss at Ballina prior stacks up. Hits this at peak on an 11-day return and deserves consideration.
