Won first 4 starts in handicap chases last summer. Well held next 3 starts but back on track when second at Plumpton last month and capable of holding his form. Big player back up in trip.

Back to best of late, resuming winning ways in good style at Perth (2½m, soft) 31 days ago. Hit with an 8 lb rise but he's a major player all the same.

Placed in the Kerry and Munster Nationals last season. Huge ask on first start for this yard in Grand National at Aintree but held his own for a good way. This more suitable but still looks high enough in the weights.

Added to an excellent spring record when winning at Newton Abbot 18 days ago, value extra as he pulled clear in the closing stages. Seems sure to go well again.

Hasn’t managed to add to Thurles chase debut success back in 2022 and again shaped as if amiss on final start for Willie Mullins (sold 16,000 gns in May).

Made successful start over fences in 4-runner handicap at Ascot in November. Pulled up next 3 starts but back to form with a bang when scoring at Newbury and backed that up with a good third from 3 lb out of the weights in Grade 2 handicap at Cheltenham last month. Needs considering.

Mixed record over fences last season but back to best when making all at Wetherby in February, unchallenged. However, only fourth at Kelso next time and ran even worse at Chepstow since.

Twice a winner of small-field handicap chases at around 2½m in 2023 and went close at Market Rasen last summer. Some good place efforts since and excuses here last time. Not taken lightly.
