SAVVY BEE (6) has been trying to win another race for some time and has finished runner-up in all 3 starts this prep, including her last run here 3 weeks ago as favourite. She slides down a grade and is nicely poised to get the job done. MARTEDI (1) is better than his recent form suggests and he is having his second start for a new trainer after an unlucky effort at the Gold Coast last time out. The extra furlong is ideal and a form reversal is on the cards. Each way value. DEL CAMPO (3) ran on late for fourth here last week over 2000m so won't lack fitness. He has winning form over a mile and is ready to put his best hoof forward in this. MAC MONTY (2) was not far away over 1200m fresh up at a Murwillumbah picnic meeting earlier in the month. He improves with racing and is worth including in all multiples at a decent price.
