TWAIN (5) is a very progressive gelding who has only been tested on wet tracks. He was a game fourth in the G2 Foxbridge Plate on this track just over 3 weeks ago, and must be hard to beat at this level, especially if the rain hangs around. DEBIT (10) is a lightly tried mare who has won 4 of her 5 career starts, including all 3 last spring. She has had more trials than race day starts and comes into this with 3 more trials under her belt. She will be ready to rumble fresh up. FORCE OF NATURE (9) won fresh up here and then failed as favourite on this track in very testing heavy ground. He doesn't like it when the ground is too holding, and he can make amends, so follow your money. MIDNIGHT EDITION (11) made good progress last season, and he can pick up from where he left off fresh up. Use the market as your best guide. MIDNIGHT SCANDAL (7) just battled home in the G3 Foxbridge Plate but is better placed with a 3kg claim at this level. Stick with her. GOSPODIN (6) is not the worst.
