Handy little clash to finish and siding with the upside of YOUWROTEUPONIT (10) for the Begg yard. She was tipped out after a solid debut win, resuming off a long spell at Geelong when boxing on late for second in a Class 1. She should be fitter for that and 1200m here from the ideal draw can see her go one better. THUNDER AWARD (8) can mix his form. He was poor last time when into a tricky spot at Mornington but his form prior was rock solid for this and he'll be the one closing late off what looks a good tempo. FROSTED IN TIME (7) is a tricky one. He was utterly dominant winning his maiden by 9 lengths at Kilmore two back, going much slower in front last time at Ballarat but ultimately a bit disappointing as a $2.15 favourite when second. For now, the Kilmore win is an outlier, but if he can run to that level again he'll go close. ASIATIC (13) struggled out to 1400m at Pakenham but had beaten a subsequent winner fresh and can improve. MR ASSERTIVE (5) is consistent and in the mix.
