The unexposed INDEEVAR BLEU was third behind two subsequent winners when last seen and he may be open to improvement on his first outing following wind surgery. Klic Boum shapes like a stayer at this trip and will be better suited by this track having found Stratford too sharp last time, while Goblet of Fire cannot be discounted back down in grade.

Reappeared from lengthy absence as good as ever, recording back-to-back wins at Fontwell in September/October and has been running creditably in a higher grade than this since the turn of the year. Now only 2 lb above latest winning mark. Claims down in class.

    Verdict
Above-average bumper performer who confirmed hurdles debut promise when winning on the bridle in a Leicester novice (15.5f, heavy) prior to finishing third at Haydock later that month (first two won next time). Worth another chance on the back of a breathing operation.

Won a newcomers' hurdle at Pau (17.5f, soft) in December 2023. Last of 6 on Haydock yard debut at the end of 2024 but seemed to be running well when unseating 2 out in Sandown handicap since. Remains unexposed.

    Verdict
Progressive on Flat for this yard and got back on the up in this sphere when comfortably landing 9-runner handicap hurdle at Southwell (15.8f, good) last October. Likely found the race coming to soon when third in a Class 3 at Wetherby only 10 days on from that. Respected returning from a break.

One-time useful hurdler for Paul Nicholls but has become disappointing over hurdles and fences. Fared no better on debut for this yard in January and has questions to answer now.

Built on promise shown on final qualifying run when off the mark on first completed handicap start at Warwick (2m) last time, showing much improved form. Lightly-raced sort may need to progress further now upped in grade.

    Verdict
Caught the eye in maiden/novice hurdles and similar story in handicaps. Shaped encouragingly when finding 2 miles around Stratford too sharp last month. Return to a more galloping track should suit. One to consider.
