Difficult to rule out any of the quartet but preference is for PARISH COUNCILLOR who has shaped with plenty of encouragement on his previous two outings and should be up to defying his current handicap mark. He can record a second career success at the expense of Roman Secret, who ran as well as could be expected on stable debut and looks a threat back down in grade,
