Market Rasen

Tomorrow, May 9, 2025HurdleClass 42m

HOWTH, a fairly useful performer on the Flat, has joined a yard which is going better now than it was for the majority of last season, so he's taken to get his hurdling career off to the perfect start. All Well And Good can continue to go the right way as a hurdler and is an obvious threat, while Terrorise could fare appreciably better in these calmer waters.

Fairly useful bumper winner who left his previous efforts in this sphere well behind when second of 13 in maiden hurdle at Ffos Las (15.8f, good to soft) 22 days ago. Open to further improvement and has obvious claims.

Fairly useful handicapper on Flat for Michael Appleby (stays 16.5f), best effort for a while last time. Very interesting hurdling debutant in the context of this race. Hood and tongue strap retained.

Fair handicapper on Flat (stays 1¾m), successful once in 2024. Made an unpromising start to hurdling career in the face of a very stiff task when pulled up in Grade 1 at Aintree last month but fare significantly better in these appreciably calmer waters.

Modest maiden on Flat (stays 2m), down the field in handicap last time. Has left Charlie Fellowes ahead of hurdle debut.

Made frame on first of 2 starts in bumpers but pulled up all 3 starts over hurdles and hasn't achieved much on the level since.
