GLOBE (11) looks set to peak here third-up. He was once the most promising horse in Australia but has had issues. Both runs back this time have been good, sitting close to a strong pace fresh before hitting the front at Flemington, no match for Light Infantry Man who is early favourite for the G1 Railway Stakes at Ascot today. Globe will be fitter again and can take this out. RUNNING BY (10) was fresh last start over this trip at Flemington but won well, showing a good turn of foot after racing on a slow speed. She can win again. IT'S A WILD NIGHT (9) comes over from New Zealand with excellent form, beating La Crique easily at Tauranga last start. He's some query at 1600m but has the class. PINSTRIPED (1) is a G1 Memsie Stakes over Mr Brightside just four starts back. He's had an interrupted preparation but clearly has the ability. NUGGET (4) is well placed back to 1600m.
