PRECIOUS CHARM (3) comes here off a dominant six length win in the Edenhope Cup as favourite, leading throughout on that occasion. Has missed a run in the Stawell Cup abandonment but the Wilde camp will have kept her nice and fit for the local carnival. ROLLS (1) is another local who won this race last year. Liked his return first up in a Listed race in Adelaide when making good ground from the rear. Expect he's ridden more positively this time. DASHING DUCHESS (2) is back in trip off a disappointing effort at Moonee Valley. Her best form reads well for this although 1700m is on the shorter side for her. RESET THE JAZZ (5) was much better second up and should be ready to peak now. JABBAWOCKEEZ (4) can improve.
