TEMPT THE GODS (12) didn't finish it off as favourite on debut and resumes with two tidy jump outs under the saddle. Draws wide, but the 2kg claim is handy, and the betting will be key. LOLITA (8) debuts for a local barn and won a recent Donald jump out. The barrier is cruel, but he needs to be kept safe. PAULSIN (9) resumed improved beaten 1L at Swan Hill. Surprised the market, but it was a good effort, and she can build on that.
