Won this race last year, and you'd think he'll be ready to go. The betting will tell the story. WINEGLASS BAY (2) finished a touch behind Spring Bean at Devonport off two starts in Stakes company at Launceston. Has won over this distance and hits this at peak. Has a key gear switch and has winning claims. FAST THINKER (5) wasn't given a hope on the synthetic, but he's a well-performed veteran better suited on the turf and over this longer distance. Carries just 52kg and can't be ruled out.
