ULTIMATE SAY (8) specked late in betting on debut when taken to the front for a tough victory over 1130m at Grafton. Winning rider sticks and is expected to go close again from the low draw. BELLZEN (2) resumed in the heavy (10) going with a fast finishing victory over 1000m at Casino in easier grade on May 3. Will appreciate Grima's 1.5kg claim and sure to be thereabouts again. VOCATION (10) has a respectable record over this course and distance and is capable of better. Came out fast with the big weight and was left a sitting shot late when ninth over 1000m at Glen Innes. Assess on his good win at Ballina three starts back. Value prospect. STARLACCA (13) comes up from Victoria and now in the Joseph Burges yard. Resumes after disappointing at his last three outings. Placed on the Ballarat Synthetic track last winter and the stable has tinkered with his gear. Down in weight and must be kept safe.
