CALEDONIAN (2) led from the outset to record a determined maiden win in soft conditions over 1300m at Newcastle last time out. Progressive three-year-old who is capable of taking this next step. VACILLATION (15) has raced twice since an eight-week let-up and been about the mark without threatening on each occasion. Back in class today and will enjoy a step up in trip. Should play a significant role. RESURRECTED (5) turned things around last start, closing late to be beaten under a length over 1200m at Ipswich.
