FIRST ENCOUNTER (7) is trending the right way, storming home in the WA Day Cup at Northam to finish 1.8L off the winner. He's trending back to his best after a long time off and he's a third-up winner in the past. Fitter again now and he can return to winning ways in this suitable race. DUN WITH THE BLUES (3) can dip second-up in her career, but she was tested in Listed company last prep when second-up. She was a very impressive winner first-up at Pinjarra a fortnight ago and Pike remains in the saddle. She maps for a similar run this time around and can repeat the dose. CAMERA ACTION (6) couldn't run down Dun With The Blues last start at Pinjarra and is likely to be back in the run again. Up to the mile for the first time now which doesn't look an issue and it wouldn't be surprise if she turned the tables. TON OF GRUNT (12) was very good in the WA Day Cup and should be flying late yet again. FAMOUS DAIN (10) is better than we saw last start and has claims despite being back in trip.
