CONTEMPLATES (7) did her best work late in the race on debut and stretches out to a longer trip now with all the benefit of that first run. Great pedigree for the job and we know the stable can get the juveniles going with racing. Senior rider retained for what looks a winnable assignment. SLEUTH (4) has turned in two solid efforts coming into this and has proven numbers at a mile. Overdue a win but right in this. MOUNTAIN QUEEN (8) was provincial placed on debut and has scope for further improvement. Comes up nice and short in early markets. Understand the appeal but others look better betting options now.
