J Mac rides and should prove too smart for these from the draw. AKAYSHA (11) launched late with an impressive debut victory over 1000m at Kembla Grange a week-and-a-half ago. Extra trip suits and well in at the weights with Nock's 2kg claim. Keep safe. HIDDEN MOTIVE (3) tried hard from the wide gate when resuming with a narrow second over 1200m at Warwick Farm. Poorly drawn again but capable of taking a hand in the finish. GRAND EAGLE (2) at his top third up when a fast finishing maiden winner over 1100m at Hawkesbury in fast time. Rawiller sticks and he looks a leading prospect again. THE LITTLE GENERAL (10) resumes and gelded over the break. Chipped away late on debut when fourth in the Kirkham over 1000m at this track on October 26. Two solid trials have him primed for this. Winning prospect.
