TOURETTO (4) continues to run well without winning, beaten 0.6L over 1500m at this track most recently. This is a similar race and the wider draw is no issue as he tends to get back anyway. Pike rides again and he finds the right race to get back to winning ways. TRESPASSING (12) was gunned down last start at Pinjarra when leading the field up from a wide alley, beaten 3.4L. Back to Ascot now where he was sound in runs prior and Carbery hops back in the saddle. Down in the weights now and he'll be hard to run down from the inside barrier. STRIKING FELLA (3) was far too good at Dongara last start when picking up his rivals and running away to score with ease. Back in trip now is a slight issue, but he'll be closing off well from back in the field. SIDE SHOW (6) is better than he showed last time out and won't be far away from a good gate. BLACK FOR CASH (5) has disappointed his last couple but showed what he can do here three back. Include.
