VINDICTA (1) resumes here but has a handy record over this track and trip with a win and a second from two attempts and will find this easier than what he faced when last in work. Maps well for Lang from gate three and a strong showing while fresh would not surprise. GAGNANTE ENCHERE (4) returned in good order with a strong Doomben victory before finding a few better here last time out. Strips fitter third-up from the spell and looms as the main danger from the inside alley. RARE AND RELIABLE (5) broke the maiden status at the latest effort before being tipped out for further time to furnish. Looks to have plenty of upside and should be kept very safe. ABSINTHE CAT (2) may have suffered from the dreaded second-up syndrome last time out but go on the solid win over this course and distance two back. Worth another chance with the 2kg claim.
