EAST INDIAMAN (4) is going much better than his form suggests. He's had no luck from inside draws his past two and drawing out a little might afford him the clear running he has lacked his past two. LEGACY ROSE (3) outclassed her rivals at Burrumbeet and then stepped up in grade to the Camperdown Cup but ran a fine race to be beaten less than 1.5 lengths. This is easier than that. MY MATE SONNY (1) also comes through the Camperdown Cup and has a couple of lengths to make up on Legacy Rose but was a back-to-back winner of 64-grade races earlier in the campaign. KING'S CAPITAL (2) will find this much easier than recent outings in metro-class races. FIFTYSEVENYEARS (5) will be fitter for two runs back and is from a stable that picks its mark well at this track.
