AMANOAH (5) won her Maiden first-up this track/trip and has gone close at Gundagai and Mudgee since, at CL1 level. Peaks with a handy 1.5kg claim and she is the one to beat. MAGIC SHOT (3) was vet cleared after a disappointing effort at the Sapphire Coast. He rates strongly on the narrow defeat at Nowra prior, and that level of form would see him hard to roll. Draws low, and Owen rides. LUNA ANGEL (2) was outgraded in town 6 days ago but led and belted the 58 graders this track/trip prior. Much better suited and has the early speed to clear the awkward gate. BATTLE ABBEY (1) peaks and would be a chance putting his best foot forward. Went close here three back and forgive the latest outing when he pulled up with an issue.
