IOANE (6) resumed in Adelaide and after drawing wide and sitting on the speed and deep folded up in the straight. Fitter and will find this much easier. Looks hard to run down. Stablemate LUCKY FORTUNA (3) continued her sound form of late when she tackled a dirt track for the first time last start and finished fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 1000m at Betoota. Looks a serious threat. QUELLO DORATO (4) is a former Victorian galloper having first run for the new yard. Will be beaten for speed but likely to wind up late. DEFERENTIAL (2) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by 2.25 lengths over 1000m at Corfield. Fitter for that last hitout and he looms as a significant threat. INVINCIBLE RED (1) will find this easier than open class latest and can do much better.
