Sports Exit – FAQ

The restriction will be based on both location IP and country of registration.

From the specified exit date, customers physically located in a specified region as well as any Stars Account that has a specified country as a country of registration, regardless of their IP or location, will no longer be able to access our Sports product.

• Hungary (from April 4, 2024)
• Ecuador (from July 15, 2024)
• Slovenia (from July 29, 2024)
• Brazil (from December 16, 2024)
• Ireland (from July 1, 2026)
• Alberta, Canada (from July 13, 2026)

Nothing, your balance remains safe and secure, and you may withdraw funds at any time.

No, from the exit date, you will no longer be able to place any sports bets.

• All applicable regions except Ireland:
  • Any open sports bets you have on events that haven’t started at the time of the closure will be affected:
    • Open single bets will be voided, and stakes will be returned to your account.
    • Open multiple bets:
      • where an official result for a selection is not known, the selection will be voided; and
      • where an official result for a selection is known, the selection will be settled as per the official result and any winnings will be paid out based on the revised odds of only settled selections.

• Ireland:
  • Any open sports bets will be left to settle as normal and will not be voided.

Yes, your Betting History will still be available to view in your account.

Yes, our Poker product remains unaffected.

You will no longer be able to access Sports on the mobile app from the exit date.
