FOURTY EIGHT (7) has come up super this campaign so far with two flat runs for a second then a win. He has had two Hurdle runs for a win and a second. Looks the winner here. LORD SPENCER (1) has had three flat runs for two placings this time in so very fit. Yet to miss the top three here in a trio of runs. Jumps record is excellent too. Include everywhere. TAIKA (3) improver for sure on fresh up flat run for fourth. His record as a Hurdler is three wins and six minor placings from 12 starts over the obstacles. Twice a course winner. Second up winner as well. MONT VENTOUX (2) outpaced fresh up on the flat, beaten 9 lengths into tenth over 1600m at Pukekohe. As a hurdler he has two wins 11 placings from 15 starts. Hurdle trial second earlier this month. Must include. DICTATION (4) he is third up here and has won twice in this state. Six runs as a Hurdler for three wins, two placings and a lost rider.
