WAIMARIE (8) did more than enough fresh to suggest she can take this out. She stuck on nicely over 1300m at Bendigo to be beaten a nose and should strip much fitter. She's a winner over this route and some of her form last time in reads very well for this. Takes plenty of catching. LE ZEBRA (1) didn't see out the 2000m last time, also outclassed in the G3 Easter Cup. Back in trip and grade suits, his best would take some beating. AMBASSADORIAL (9) was sound fresh here and will be fitter. They may look to be more positive with that run under the belt. ASPEN COLORADO (12) is next in line.
