OAKFIELD JUPITER (4) was backed form $2.60 into $2.10 and got the prize on debut last start over this distance at Wyong. Has a wide gate to contend with but she should progress off that run and is a big chance again. LEANTOTHEMOON (3) returned from a five-month spell with a tidy second in a Class 2 over this distance at Muswellbrook four weeks ago. Back a little in grade and with that run under her belt poses a serious threat. The consistent FORMAL (2) has raced over five furlongs twice and been placed on each occasion. Perfectly drawn and maps beautifully behind a hot tempo. CHICALOTE (1) is first up from a spell and wears blinkers for the first time. Ex-Godolphin galloper who can feature without surprising based on steady Victorian form last prep. ESCUTCHEON (6) ran a cheeky race at Orange last start and cannot be dismissed.
