Though CHARLES DARWIN failed to live up to his market billing on debut at the Curragh a fortnight ago, he should be all the better for that run and could prove a tough nut to crack, unless one of the newcomers turns out to be well above-average. Echo of Faith could be the pick of the debutants, albeit Ipanema Beach, Harmani and the Joseph O'Brien-trained pair Clarity of Thought and Estoublon are likely-looking types, too.
