Good fresh performer who has won four from ten over this distance, including a comparable race to this at Yarra Valley last prep under more weight. Hard to toss out of the inside gate. BRIDIE'S LUCK (5) returns from a 32-week absence. Opened last prep with a blistering all-the-way win over this distance at Wagga. Lightly raced mare who might be in for her best prep to date. LOVING MANDY (8) last appeared when a weakening sixth over 1000m on the Heath in March. Has only raced three times so she is an untapped talent. Betting the key. MIGHTY FEAT (7) shouldered 60.5kgs to victory over 1100m at Berrigan three weeks ago. Up in class today but worth considering with the race fitness edge. SMUGGLER'S BAY (3) did nothing first-up at Wagga but is down sharply in grade and has won 2/4 when second-up.
