NONCONFORMIST (7) is the clear class horse of the field, 2x G1 placed and a 2x G2 winner. Placed first-up last campaign over the mile in the G2 Chelmsford Stakes, beaten 1.3L by Buckaroo. The strongly associated J Childs reunites, revving his mount up in a recent jump-out win. Just needs to be close enough at the top of the straight. ARRAN BAY (2) is as tough and consistent as they come. Flashed home to miss by a whisker over the track and trip last start, and did so under the big weight of 62.5kgs. Won't know himself dropping back down to 55.5kgs, and only has to hold his form to be right there again. SCHEELITE (6) has found form, backing up his dominant Bendigo win with a strong chasing effort behind POJ last week. Peaking now. CHICAGO STORM (3) represents the home defence and sets up perfectly for this third-up. This is his toughest assignment to date but he's going as good as ever and gets a key booking in Zahra. Have to consider. AIR ASSAULT (1) will run them along. Keep safe.
