He was tested in some strong 2yo races last time in and should be fitter rising to 1300m from an ideal draw. OROVERO (1) was too strong on speed at Pakenham when breaking his maiden last time out. Should prove hard to catch again. GROUSE MOUNTAIN (6) is a consistent type, winning her maiden over this route two back before a sound effort in a small field. Should be thereabouts again. WILD DANCER (3) is a lightly raced type who notched up a narrow maiden win at Geelong last time out. In the mix again. CUDMORE STREET (5) draws awkwardly but also claims.
