To extend an active self-exclusion, follow these steps based on your device:
Once you click on "Extend my break", a calendar menu will appear. You can choose a new expiration date for your self-exclusion from a minimum of one day up to 365 days. You can extend a self-exclusion multiple times.
If you want us to exclude yourself permanently, contact us. We'll help you with your request.
After selecting the new expiration date, enter your password, and click “confirm your break”. Your exclusion will then be officially extended.
You’ll receive a confirmation email for your extension.

During your exclusion period, you'll still be able to log in to your account. However, you won't be able to play any games or make transactions other than withdrawals.
We'll unregister you from tournaments during the break period and stop sending you marketing emails or newsletters.
