You can limit your total losses on the Exchange by setting a Loss Limit. It applies to Exchange bets only, not Sports bets.
This feature can help you better manage your experience while gambling online.
Once you've set up the limit, the software starts counting the wagers you make on a rolling 24-hour period and determines how much you have won or lost in that time.
If you are close to your limit, you will only be able to place further bets that would take you up to your limit rather than over, should they lose.
When you've reached the limit, you won't be able to play again until it resets or until any outstanding open bets have returned funds to you and reduced your losses.
Follow these steps depending on your device:
Update your limit at any time through the same menu. If you increase or remove your limit, it will take 7 days to update. If you decrease the limit, it'll take effect immediately.
You can increase your limit again after 7 days have passed.
We calculate this by totaling your losses, commission and open bet liability and by subtracting your winnings.
The Loss Limit must be set in US dollars (USD). If you play in a different currency, your limit will be converted to USD.
The Exchange Profit and Loss page allows you to track your profits and losses. You can filter by time period and sport.
