How to check if a bet was accepted

When your bet has been successfully accepted, it will show as an open bet in your betting history.

How can I check my open bets?

To check your open bets, click on 'My Bets' at the top of the page. If you're on our mobile app, you just have to tap on 'Sports' first.

My bet wasn't accepted. What happened?

Odds can change very quickly, especially when you're betting in-play. It may be that the odds changed right before your bet was accepted. If your bet wasn't accepted because the odds changed, please try to place it again at the new updated odds.

In the event of a dispute about the acceptance of a bet, contact us and we'll check the transaction log database. The logs are always correct and we will use them to check if your bet was accepted.
