RUM JUNGLE (9) progressed nicely last start when lining up for only the second time, making a late charge but just missing the bob over 1000m at Gundagai. On an eight-day back-up which is a positive sign. Ready to go one better in a shallow maiden. FOUR ESSES (14) ran a couple of nice races before a modest performance over 1000m at Wagga most recently. Perfectly drawn and capable of a quick return to form. First starter KENNY'S SWANS (8) draws the fence and showed enough in a Wagga trial recently to suggest he can figure in this. Pre-post favourite CAPITAL DESIGN (6) is a first starter from the Brisbourne stable. Trialling well across the border and won't need to be Phar Lap to test this field. Another debutante in RAIN QUEEN (4) has been kept safe in betting so might have something to offer.
