ROPEWALKER (5) showed all his customary pace last start and tried hard but found one better over this distance at Tamworth. Has been in work for a long while but keeps performing. Should give them something to chase. TURPIN'S TORMENT (7) is a 42-start maiden so not much future in backing him although some recent efforts have been okay. One for the exotics. WILLIAM'S SMILE (8) has put together a couple of decent performances and is worth considering on a six-day turnaround. BRIDE WARS (3) will be approaching peak fitness third up so could show more.
