GOLDEN ACE scaled new heights last season by landing the Champion Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and, even though her victory owed plenty to fortune, she's very much the one to beat back against her own sex on this return to action. Kateira drops back markedly in trip but is a strong-travelling sort.

Unbeaten in 4 novices during 2023/24 campaign, a haul which included the Dawn Run at the Cheltenham Festival. Scaled new heights when landing the Champion Hurdle at last year's Festival, albeit fortunate on the day, and ran at least as well when second to State Man at Punchestown. The one to beat.

Completed a straightforward task with plenty to spare in a Kempton listed event last November. Impressed with the way she moved for a long way in the Long Walk at Ascot prior to being outbattled by a game rival in a Doncaster Grade 2. Drops back markedly in trip but is a strong traveller.

Useful sort who posted an excellent fourth in Scottish Champion Hurdle at Ayr in April. Proved a disappointment in the Galway Hurdle in-between 2 Flat outings. Wears first-time tongue strap.
