HISTORY WON'T CARE (6) just missed in a photo finish first-up last campaign at this track and trip and has trialled well again coming into this. A host of gear changes suggest he's an improved commodity this time in work and CJP sticks from the trial. Has plenty of upside and can return to winning form on resumption. WICKED VENOM (4) was beaten 1.8L over 1000m at Belmont last start after a close defeat over this trip at Ascot two back. Back up to 1200m now looks to suit and while he may get back in the run, he'll be finishing strongly late in the race. COBBANCO (8) beat home Wicked Venom last start behind an impressive winner and will be better for that effort. He'll need some luck from the alley, but if he improves as anticipated he'll be right in the finish. ONLY US (9) resumes without a trial but showed good signs last time in work and won't be far away. MONEY TREES (7) is a nice horse on the rise and while this is tougher, he can put his best foot forward.
