RATADASH (10) looks the one stepping up to 1400m. She was narrowly denied in a city maiden over 1200m last start when running on well from midfield. She may have to concede a start from the wide draw but this track allows backmarkers to get their chance. She can win. SAINT BOOM (11) was narrowly defeated in the same maiden at Morphettville last time. She has been placed in four of her 10 starts and looks set to improve second-up to 1400m. Expect she will be one of the main dangers. I AM RALPH (3) is another that looks an each-way chance off his recent form. He was well held in his only two runs at 1400m but might be ready now. ALPINE LEE (13) can atone after being beaten as favourite last start, while THAVMA (8) might be an improver at a big price after things didn't go right at all last time.
