LADY GALADRIEL (1) is a promising mare resuming for the in-form Trinder yard. Her form in stronger races is compelling and she's won both lead-up trials. Erica Byrne Burke sticks from those and she's flying. WITHIN SIGHT (6) resumed here this grade/trip and looked a run short, beaten 1.8L behind Mastretta. Jumps from an inside gate and with the extra fitness rates a quinella chance. Ditto GEEGEEHAILSTORM (5), who resumed against the above and was expected to need the outing. Didn't have the best of it, and she's capable of quick improvement. Has a solid record over this distance and Darmanin is a key jockey switch. The speedy UNCLE'S TIP (4) resumed in the same contest as a heavily bet favourite and dropped right away when the pressure went on (vet cleared). Not sure what to make of that but brought decent form and had obviously been pleasing the yard. May be worth another chance.
