IT'S MAUI'S GOLD (6) was good stepping up to 0-64 grade over this trip last Sunday, gets in beautifully after the 2kg claim and has a lovely low draw to boot. LAMINAR (4) has been comfortably held at his past couple, but they were in races that appeared slightly stronger than this and a repeat of the first-up run would see him go close. WHITSON (2) is another who probably needs to discover form from three runs ago to take this out, but he gets a favourable alley and Dean Yendall. CAPITAL LOVER (1) will have taken great benefit from the first-up run. GRINZINGER LOVE (5) will find this more suitable than the first-up run at Cranbourne, when she started hard in the market.
