MACHINEGUNRHON (11) was well held first-up despite getting into the top three but should have come on from that and significantly gets Linda Meech and a barrier that presents her with options. SWEET CHEVAL (5) trialled up well ahead of the first-up run, which was over 1300m, so won't be lacking for fitness here. Where he gets to from the wide draw could be the trick here. SERIN (4) found just the one better first-up and is drawn to again play a key role here. NEON'S LAST (1) broke the maiden in SA at big odds last time out but has changed stables since and trialled well in preparation for the return. ATOYO (3) has been building up to a win this prep and looks ready for 1200m now.
