KING MAHUTA (2) was too good here last week when running away to score by 2.4L in a very impressive performance. This looks to shape similarly and he only rises 1kg for the victory. Hard to oppose him from a good draw and this sets up well for him to go back-to-back. WHO'S YOUR MAMA (1) doesn't rise in weight despite dominating his opponents in tougher grade last time out, running away to win by 4.4L in a BM64+. The claim of Tsang has him nicely weighted in this event and if he has the speed to get across from out wide, he'll go close. ABBOU (7) drops back in grade today after a close defeat at Kalgoorlie last time out when sitting up on the speed throughout. He was 40-1 there, however he'll find this easier and that rating stacks up. Can get the job done if he runs up to that performance. ODIN OMEN (8) is better than he showed last start when fading from up front and can bounce back in this easier race. SHABALALA (3) has claims off a good effort last start and out in trip.
