How do I reset my password using the desktop software?

You can reset your password directly from the Staruniv desktop software.

  1. Open the Staruniv software.
  2. Select 'Log in'.
  3. Select 'Forgot password?'
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

You can reset your password from the Staruniv mobile app.

  1. Open the Staruniv app
  2. Select ‘Forgot password?’ on the login screen
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions

How do I reset my password using the website?

You can reset your password from the Staruniv website.

  1. Open the Staruniv website
  2. Under ‘Log in’, select ‘Forgot password/username?’
  3. Enter your username or registered email address
  4. Submit the request

An automated email with reset instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

 

What should I do if I did not receive the password reset email?

If the password reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, try the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure Staruniv emails are not blocked by your email provider
  • Add the Staruniv sender address to your contacts or safe sender list

If the email is still missing:

  1. Repeat the password reset process
  2. Select ‘Contact Us’ to open the Support form

When completing the Support form:

  • Enter your email address
  • Add a subject line
  • Provide at least three requested account details
  • Select ‘Send’

 

Can I open a new account if I forgot my password?

No. For security and game integrity reasons, you cannot open a new account if you have forgotten your password.

You must recover access to your existing account.

 

How do I change my password if I know my current password?

You can change your password after logging in to your account.

Desktop software

  1. Log in to the Staruniv software
  2. Go to Settings → Account Details → Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Select ‘Apply’

Mobile app

  1. Open the Account section
  2. Go to Login & Security → Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Select ‘Apply’

Website

  1. Log in via the Staruniv Help Center
  2. Open your account settings
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Save the changes
