About Kerryjane Craigie
Kerryjane has worked tirelessly to make poker a safe space for everyone, which is why she’s the perfect person to have as Staruniv Ambassador for Women in Poker. There’s no one more qualified, in our opinion. A well-respected figure in the poker community, she started her career at the Hippodrome Casino in London as the manager of the Staruniv Live at the Hippodrome Casino in London’s West End. Far from fazing her, KJ’s hard work and passion resulted in her being appointed as the Hippodrome’s Director of Poker. During this time, she’s done everything in her power to uplift women. Not only was she appointed to the Women’s Poker Association board in 2023, but KJ is also the organizer of the hugely popular Women’s Winter Festival, an event that promotes female players while offering massive prize pools. She might be generous off-the-felt, but she can be ruthless on the table. With her wealth of experience, it’s no surprise KJ holds plenty of high-profile results, including her biggest live cash of $46,420 for a second-place finish at the World Series of Poker. Plus, she also has a victory to her name at the 2023 UK & Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) in the Women’s Event.
