How to make a deposit?
To add funds to your account:
- Log in to your account to access the Cashier.
Press here to open the 'Cashier'.

- Select ‘Deposit’ and choose your card type
- Enter your deposit amount or select a suggested amount
- Select ‘Continue’
- Enter your card details:
- Card number (16 digits without spaces)
- Card expiry date (MM/YY)
- CVV (3-digit code on the back of the card)
- If prompted, complete the verification step using:
- Mastercard SecureCode
- Verified by Visa password / One-time password
- Review your details and confirm the transaction.
Your funds will be credited instantly upon successful completion.
Are there any deposit fees?
We do not charge any fees for card deposits.
Your card issuer may apply additional charges. Contact your bank for details.
Why was my deposit rejected?
Your deposit may be rejected for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect card details
- Expired card (including cards expiring in the current month)
- Insufficient funds
- Bank restrictions (some banks block online gaming transactions using Merchant Code 7995)
Contact your bank to confirm or remove any restrictions.
You can also try another payment method in the ‘Cashier’.
Why is my new card not working?
If you cannot deposit with a new card, check the following:
Fast deposit settings
If ‘Fast Deposit’ is enabled, the system may use previously saved card details.
To update:
- Go to ‘Cashier’ → ‘Fast Deposit Options’
- Select ‘None’
- Select ‘Save’
To save your new card:
- Make a new deposit
- Select ‘Save payment information’
- Select ‘Make this my Fast Deposit account’
Saved card details
Old card details may still be pre-filled.
- Select ‘Remove’, then ‘Confirm’ to delete them
- Or select ‘Other payment’ to return to the ‘Cashier’
Card restrictions
Your new card may be blocked for online gaming transactions.
Contact your card issuer to enable this feature.
